1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or enrolling in a course offered by Aesthetic on Demand (hereafter referred to as "the Academy"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in our courses.

2. Course Fees and Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours prior to the course start date. Payment can be made through the provided payment link.
All fees associated with the course, including booking and course fees, are fully non-refundable. This applies regardless of attendance or cancellation, including after attending the course.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to change your course booking or training dates, a written notice must be provided at least one month in advance. This notice applies only to changes; rescheduling or transfers made within one month of the course date cannot be accommodated.
The Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled training dates or locations. If such changes are necessary, our team will promptly inform participants and coordinate an alternative date. The Academy will not be responsible for any fees incurred by the student due to changes to course dates, locations, or timings.

4. Complaints Procedure
In the event of any complaints or concerns, students are required to follow the Academy’s internal Complaints Policy:
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the incident.
The Academy will investigate the matter internally and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Students agree to refrain from discussing any complaints publicly on social media or online platforms; all issues must be resolved internally.

5. Attendance and Models
Students are expected to arrive on time for all courses. Late arrivals may hinder participation and certification.
Models for training will be provided for educational purposes; students are not required to bring their own models. While the Academy strives to ensure that models are available for every treatment area, attendance may vary, and unforeseen circumstances could impact model availability. However, we are committed to providing sufficient models to facilitate a robust and engaging learning experience for all participants.
During the course, delegates will collaboratively develop consultation and treatment plans for each model, fostering a team-based learning environment that enhances practical skills.

6. Dress Code and Behavior
Students are expected to dress in a professional manner suitable for a learning environment. Closed-toe shoes and appropriate attire are required.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The Academy reserves the right to remove any student whose conduct is deemed harmful to the learning environment.

7. Liability Waiver
Students agree to assume all risks associated with participating in the course. The Academy shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during training sessions or related activities. Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy, its employees, and agents from any claims or demands arising out of their participation.

8. Photography and Media
Photography and videography during training sessions are strictly prohibited to ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to protect client confidentiality.
Before-and-after images taken for training portfolios will remain the property of Aesthetic on Demand and are intended solely for training records. These images cannot be used in personal professional portfolios or shared on social media or websites.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the full and complete agreement between the Academy and the Student. They supersede all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or verbal. Any changes or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Academy’s services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
